Ho Nai Choon - Chief Executive Officer 

With over 30 years of experience in industry, public services, education and research, he specializes in strategic planning, business process management and enterprise wide computerization program. He was the former Managing Director of IDS Scheer Singapore. Before joining IDS Scheer, he was founding director of the Gintic Institute of Computer Integrated Manufacturing . Prior to that, he has worked as a consultant at the National Productivity Board in Singapore, Associate Professor at the School of Mechanical and Production Engineering of the Nanyang Technological University.

He has contributed in several national and international committees and institutions such as National IT2000 Committee, National IT Standards Committee, National Technology Plan Committee and the Advisory Board of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers ( USA ) and the Council of Institution of Engineers Singapore . He was conferred the Public Administration Medal by the President of Singapore in 1995 for his contribution in the public service. He has provided consultancy and conducted many public and in-house training, seminars and workshops related to business process management and improvement.

Sushil Chatterji - Chief Enterprise Architect 

Sushil has been providing consulting and training services in Europe and the S. E. Asian region over the last 8 years. His primary areas of engagement are in IT Governance, IT Operations Excellence and Enterprise Architecture.

Sushil sits on the international IT Governance committee of ISACA, which oversees the CobiT IT Governance Control and Val IT Value Governance frameworks, as well as contributes as a core team member for the continued development of these frameworks. He is also an accredited trainer with ISACA on the CobiT Foundation and Implementation courses. He is also sits as member of the ISO Study Group that is looking into the establishment of global ICT Governance standards.

Hu Jian Hua - Chief Process Architect 

Hu Jianhua has more than ten years of IT , nine years of business management consulting and three years of teaching experiences in Asia Pacific and Europe. Graduate from National University of Singapore (NUS) and worked as a senior manager for a world leading business consulting company and played a leadership role in many projects on Enterprise Architecture (EA), Business Transformation and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) services.

He has beening providing IT and business management consulting to many MNCs in Banking, Telco, Transportation, Manufacturing industries and public sector. His backgound on the combination of both IT and business management give him unique strength to help customers drive their business transformation from business strategy down to system implementation.

Lim Chee Peng - Director 

He specialises in implementing Enterprise Architecture framework and governance to bring alignment between rapidly changing technologies and evolving business needs. He also coaches BPM implementation in several MNCs for life cycle management of large scale ERP implementations from design to maintenance phase.

Prior to that, he had seven years of experience implementing business improvement initiatives and IT solutions in the Supply Chain Management domain. In addition, he also holds a Certified Professional Logistician certification awarded by IDA and the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.

P. Krishnamurthy - Director  

P. Krishnamurthy has over 30 years Industrial experience of which 5 years in manufacturing and over 25 years in service Industry.He has helped organizations in implementing Business Process Management, Process Driven Enterprise Business Systems as well as Enterprise Architecture. He has overseen as also managed projects in the domain of IT, Manufacturing, Banking, Telecommunication, Service and Hospitality Industry.

As a Six Sigma Black Belt and Business Process Excellence professional, he has helped organization to improve their business performance as also trained professionals in other parts of the world.

David Brown - Advisory Consultant  

David has over 30 years experience in the IT Software Industry holding senior positions in Europe and Asia. He has worked for many leaders in the computer industry such as Digital Equipment Corporation, Unisys and KMPG Consulting. David has held a wide range of senior positions in sales, marketing, business consulting, programme management and recently as the Global CIO of a leading supplier of professional audio equipment.

During his engagements he has successfully managed the implementation of a wide range of enterprise solutions and business advisory services. He now capitalises on his knowledge, focusing on Performance Management, Business Intelligence and Business Process Management. The depth of his experience and drive to achieve customer satisfaction is a significant factor his strive for success.

Rudy Sjahridi - Advisory Consultant  

Rudy has over 25 years experience in Information Technology, 10 years of which were in the Information Management, Business Intelligent and Business Process Management. In additions, he has very extensive background in application integration in the different Industries including Financial, Telecommunication, Government, Manufacture, Retail and Insurance

He has participated in number of roles including Management, Business Development and Consulting including as Country Manager for Hewlett Packard and a Consulting Manager for Accenture and Manager for AT&T. He has established and managed numerous enterprise programs and initiatives in the area of Information Management and data quality improvement. He has also played an advisor role for the implementation of Enterprise Data Warehouse in Central Bank of Indonesia.
